With a combination of an international financial crisis and increased concerns of global warning many car companies are going green. 1 company you wouldn't expect to be going green is ferrari. The Italian supercar giant aims to reduce its carbon emissions by 40% by 2012. At the Detroit motor show Ferrari showcased its F430 spider running on E85 fuel, which is comprised of 85% ethanol derived from plants. Not only is there a significant decrease in emissions but also amazingly a 10% increase in horse power.
